Polylite Galaxy ABS provides excellent print quality with minimal odor during printing. Combining impact resistance with heat resistance (~100\u02daC), PolyLite\u2122 ABS is a good choice for mechanical parts, robotics, functional prototypes or home appliance replacements.<\/p>\n

Which 3D printer can print PolyLite\u2122 ABS?
\nDepending on the size of the models you are trying to print, PolyLite\u2122 ABS may require a closed chamber or even an actively heated chamber.<\/p>\n

In general, an open 3D printer with a bed temperature of 90\u02daC and a print temperature of 260\u02daC can handle models smaller than the size of a fist. For larger prints you will need an enclosed 3D printer (~40-50\u02daC), for models larger than ~15-20cm in any direction, an actively heated chamber (~70\u02daC+) will be required.<\/p>\n

Using the proper bed adhesion can also help print larger parts without warping issues.<\/p>\n

Can PolyLite\u2122 ABS be post-treated with acetone?
\nYes, PolyLite\u2122 ABS can be smoothed with acetone.
